Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Primero Penal del Circuito de Sogamoso (Boyacá) y el Juzgado Tercero Administrativo Oral Transitorio del Circuito de Duitama (Boyacá).
La controversia entre las autoridades judiciales involucradas se generó por sus diferentes posturas frente al factor territorial.
La Sala considera que el despacho que tiene competencia para decidir la solicitud de amparo es la del municipio de Duitama, a donde dispone enviar el expediente para que de manera inmediata lo tramite y profiera la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
