Solicitud de nulidad del auto del 27 de septiembre de 2016, proferido por la Sala Novena de Selección.

La recurrente argumentó que el magistrado Aquiles Arrieta Gómez se encontraba impedido para conocer de la insistencia de selección del proceso de tutela de la referencia, al haber sido magistrado auxiliar del despacho de la magistrada María Victoria Calle Correa, quien conformó la Sala de Selección que decidió excluir el referido proceso.

Luego de considerar que tanto la recusación, como la solicitud de nulidad formuladas son improcedentes, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide RECHAZARLAS.
