El Procurador General de la Nación solicitó a la Corporación convocar a todas las entidades y organizaciones de recicladores relacionados con el cumplimiento de la sentencia T-724/03y el A275/11, a una mesa técnica o audiencia pública, como mecanismo para garantizar la materialización de las órdenes impartidas en dichas providencias.
La Sala decide NO ACCEDER a la solicitud impetrada por el señor Procurador.
