  1. Primero. ABSTENERSE de pronunciase en relación con la solicitud presentada por el señor Celio Miguel Burgos Ariza, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se corra traslado del escrito presentado por el señor Celio Miguel Burgos Ariza a la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios, para que se pronuncie en relación con el caso por él planteado y establezca si la empresa de servicios públicos domiciliarios, Codensa S.A. E.S.P, ha dado cumplimiento a lo resuelto en los numerales
  3. décimo.

  6. segundo. de la Sentencia SU-1010 del 16 de octubre de 2008. Si encuentra que en este caso se ha incumplido dicha decisión, deberá adoptar las medidas conducentes a la garantía y protección de los derechos del usuario, procediendo también a imponer las sanciones que correspondan.
  7. Tercero. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se remita copia del escrito presentado por el señor Celio Miguel Burgos Ariza a la empresa Codensa S.A. E.S.P., para que, de igual forma, proceda a darle trámite a la misma.
