Los peticionarios argumentaron violación del derecho al debido proceso por indebida integración de la Sala de Revisión; incongruencia entre las partes motiva y resolutiva de la decisión y, desconocimiento de la jurisprudencia en vigor.
Tras considerar que no se configuró ninguna de las causales propuestas en contra de la providencia de la referencia, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide NEGAR la nulidad formulada.
