- Primero. Ordenar al Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social que, en el termino de cinco (5) dias, contados a partir del dia siguiente al recibo de la comunicacion de este auto, responda los interrogantes planteados en el numeral 3 (3.1. a 3.4.) del acapite considerativo.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud que presente el informe de que trata la consideracion num. 3 (3.5. a 3.8.) de este proveido, para lo cual se le concede el termino de cinco (5) dias, contados a partir del dia siguiente al recibo de su comunicacion.
- Tercero. A traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion librense las comunicaciones correspondientes, adjuntando copia de esta providencia y de los escritos resenados en los antecedentes de la misma.
