Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Pasto y el Juzgado Primero de Ejecución de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de la misma ciudad, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Analizada la controversia generada entre las autoridades judiciales mencionadas, la Corte Constitucional decide el asunto ordenando la remisión del expediente al Tribunal Superior de Pasto, para que sin más demoras continúe el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto del catorce (14) de abril de dos mil quince (2015), mediante el cual la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto cual se abstuvo de avocar conocimiento del asunto objeto de estudio.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la acción de tutela instaurada por Carlos Adolfo Erazo Mera contra el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Nariño, al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto para que, sin más demoras, continúe con el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Juzgado
