  1. PRIMERO. Dejar sin efecto el auto del cuatro (4) de julio de dos mil ocho (2008) proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, -Sala Cuarta de Decision Laboral-.
  2. SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela interpuesta por el senor Oscar Reyes Salas contra el Ministerio de la Proteccion Social -Grupo Interno para la Gestion del Pasivo Social de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia- al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Cuarta de Decision Laboral- para continue con el tramite de la accion de tutela de la referencia.
  3. TERCERO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Atlantico, lo resuelto en esta providencia con el fin de ponerle en conocimiento los fundamentos constitucionales y legales en virtud de los cuales se adopta la presente decision.
