Incidente de Desacato.
El memorialista solicitó a la Corporación iniciar un incidente de desacato contra la Comisión Nacional de Carrera de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, por incumplimiento de la sentencia SU446/11.
La Sala Plena estableció que no se configuraron los requisitos para la procedencia de la petición impetrada y en virtud de ello, decidió NEGAR la declaratoria de desacato.
