Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 11 de octubre de 2012, dictado por el Magistrado Nilson Pinilla Pinilla dentro del proceso de la referencia, mediante el cual rechazó la demanda con fundamento en lo establecido en el artículo 40 numeral 6 y 241 numeral 4 de la Carta Política y en el Decreto 2067 de 1991.
Luego de verificar el término de ejecutoria del fallo suplicado, la Sala decide RECHAZAR el recurso por extemporáneo.
