Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 19 de octubre de 2012, dictado por el magistrado Nilson Pinilla Pinilla para rechazar la demanda de la referencia, por no haber realizado las exigencias hechas en el auto de inadmisión, para entender por corregida la demanda inicialmente presentada.
La Sala encuentra que en el auto de rechazo no se impusieron requisitos adicionales a los ya exigidos en el auto inadmisorio de la demanda como lo interpretó el actor en su recurso de súplica y, en tal sentido, decidió CONFIRMAR el auto suplicado.
