Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque en el escrito de subsanación el actor no satisfizo las cargas argumentativas que le correspondían, según las indicaciones dadas en el auto de inadmisión.
Debido a que el demandante interpuso el recurso de manera extemporánea y que incurrió además en una falta de motivación, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR, por improcedente, la súplica formulada.
