Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Tercero Promiscuo Municipal de Magangue y el Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo Municipal de Turbaco, en virtud del trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Luego de pronunciarse sobre la competencia de la Corporación para conocer y dirimir conflictos de competencia y de reiterar el marco jurídico que determina la competencia en materia de tutela, la Corte decide el asunto ordenando enviar el expediente al Juzgado Tercero Promiscuo Municipal de Magangue para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo de primera instancia a que haya lugar.
