Con el presente proveído la Sala Especial de Seguimiento de la Sentencia SU.020/22 solicita a la Subdirección Especializada de Seguridad y Protección de la Unidad Nacional de Protección (UNP y al Partido Comunes, información adicional sobre el cumplimiento de la orden octava del Auto 2224/23, por medio del cual se adoptaron medidas urgentes y complementarias para asegurar la materialización de las garantías de seguridad de la población firmante del Acuerdo de Paz en proceso de reincorporación, durante el periodo electoral de 2023.

  1. PRIMERO. ORDENAR a la Subdirección Especializada de Seguridad y Protección de la Unidad Nacional de Protección que, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles posteriores a la notificación del presente Auto, remita a esta Corporación la información solicitada en los acápites C, D y E de la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
  2. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Partido Comunes que, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles posteriores a la notificación del presente Auto, remita a esta Corporación la información solicitada en el acápite C de la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
  3. TERCERO. NOTIFICAR esta providencia a la Subdirección Especializada de Seguridad y Protección de la Unidad Nacional de Protección, al partido político Comunes y a la secretaría técnica de la Mesa Técnica de Seguridad y Protección
  4. CUARTO. COMUNICAR esta providencia a los miembros de la Mesa Técnica de Seguridad y Protección.
