  1. Primero. ABSTENERSE de asumir conocimiento de la solicitud de apertura de incidente de desacato a la Sentencia SU-273 de 2022 presentada por Natalia Garzón Sarmiento, en calidad de apoderada de la señora Margarita Rosa Umaña Gómez.
  2. Segundo. REMITIR, por competencia, a la Subsección A de la Sección Tercera del Consejo de Estado, la solicitud de apertura de incidente de desacato en relación con la Sentencia SU-273 de 2022.
  3. TERCERO. Por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, INFORMAR a la solicitante que la Subsección A de la Sección Tercera del Consejo de Estado es la autoridad judicial competente para conocer de su solicitud.
  4. CUARTO. Contra la presente providencia judicial no procede recurso alguno.
  5. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
