El peticionario, sin especificar alguna causal de nulidad prevista por la jurisprudencia de la Corporación, argumentó que la Sala de Revisión al proferir el fallo de la referencia, incurrió en una ostensible, probada, significativa y trascendental violación a los principios-derechos al debido proceso y a la presunción de inocencia.
