- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal Administrativo de Bolivar, para que resuelva la accion de tutela de Xiomara Esther Aparicio Herrera contra la Comision Nacional del Servicio Civil.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado
- Septimo. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia del presente auto.
