- PRIMERO. ORDENAR que por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, se REMITA al Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Choco, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por las ciudadanas Julia del Carmen Mosquera Casas, Rosalba Denice Valencia Chamorro, Odila Cordoba Ortiz, Ana del carmen Cordoba Palacios y Loy Leyvi Sanchez Mosquera, contra la Presidencia de la Republica, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones y Colombia Telecomunicaciones S.A. E.P.S. para que, asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Quibdo, la decision adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de ponerle en conocimiento sobre lo aqui decidido por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
