Se remitió el expediente al Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca Sección Segunda (2ª) Subsección B de Bogotá para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial, toda vez que de acuerdo con lo preceptuado por el numeral 1° del Art. 1° del Decreto 1382 de 2000, las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra cualquier autoridad pública del orden nacional, salvo lo dispuesto en el siguiente inciso, serán repartidas para su conocimiento, en primera instancia, a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Administrativos y Consejos Seccionales de la Judicatura, sin que para el caso se trate de acudir al inc. 4º del No. 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto en mención, declarado nulo por el Consejo de Estado, dado que la tutela no se dirige contra la aplicación de un acto administrativo de carácter general.
