- Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a la Sala Penal del Sala Tercera de Decision Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Felix Manuel Acuna Ruidiaz contra el Ministerio de Transporte.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
