Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque en el escrito de corrección el único yerro que el actor subsanó fue el de acreditar la calidad de ciudadano colombiano.
Esto, porque aportó la copia de su cédula de ciudadanía, pero en cuanto a los demás reparos, no hizo referencia ni intentó subsanar ninguna de las falencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró que la motivación del recurso de súplica no estaba encaminada a controvertir las consideraciones que condujeron al despacho sustanciador a rechazar la demanda y, por ello, decidió RECHAZARLO.

- Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano Jaime Plata Ramos contra el Auto del 8 de febrero de 2022 que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el Decreto Ley 3541 de 1983. Lo anterior por falta de carga argumentativa.
- Segundo. Proceda la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicar el contenido de esta decisión a los recurrentes.
