- Primero. ABSTENERSE DE DECIDIR, mientras no se cumplan los presupuestos constitucionales y legales requeridos para hacerlo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que el presente auto - al Proyecto de Ley No. 024 de 2004 Senado, 404 de 2005 Cámara, "por la cual se dictan disposiciones en materia del talento humano en salud"- se ponga en conocimiento de los Presidentes del Senado de la República y de la Cámara de Representantes, con el fin de que sean enviados a la Corte Constitucional las Gacetas del Congreso necesarias para poder determinar, con base en las pruebas pertinentes, si para la aprobación del informe de objeciones presidenciales se cumplió con el procedimiento establecido.
- Tercero. Apremiar a los Secretarios Generales del Senado de la República y la Cámara de Representantes para que acopien todos los documentos requeridos y dispongan que sean enviados a esta Corporación, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la publicación de las actas en las Gacetas del Congreso.
