La demanda se rechazó porque en el escrito de corrección el actor no satisfizo adecuadamente los requerimientos exigidos en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que el demandante incumplió con los requisitos de oportunidad y de carga argumentativa mínima que habilitan la competencia de la Corte Constitucional para pronunciarse de fondo respecto del recurso impetrado y, por ello, decidió RECHAZARLO por improcedente.

- PRIMERO. Por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano José Manuel Guevara Galvis contra el Auto del 7 de febrero de 2022, proferido por la Magistrada Diana Fajardo Rivera, en el que se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad promovida dentro del expediente D-14.555.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR el contenido de la presente decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
- Notifíquese y cúmplase.
