Recurso de súplica formulado contra el auto del 22 de octubre de 2013, mediante el cual el magistrado Jorge Iván Palacio Palacio resolvió rechazar la demanda de la referencia, por no exponer ningún argumento nuevo o adicional que la corrigiera en los términos dispuestos en el auto inadmisorio.
La Sala Plena confirma el auto recurrido luego de ratificar que, aún después de la corrección, la demanda no cumplió de manera completa las exigencias básicas de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia requeridas.
