La Sala declara que la precitada intervención hace parte del contenido de la Sentencia T-006/20 y ordena a la Secretaría General de la Corporación incluir una síntesis de la misma, como un anexo de dicho fallo.

- Primero. DECLARAR que la intervencion de Juliana Vengoechea, como representante de Open Society Justice Initiative, hace parte del contenido de la sentencia T-006 de 2020.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional incluir como anexo a la sentencia T-006 de 2020 la sintesis de la intervencion de Open Society Justice Initiative. Para el efecto, dentro de las siguientes cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, debera remitirse una copia de esta providencia y del Anexo mencionado, a la Relatoria de la Corte Constitucional y a los jueces de primera instancia dentro de los expedientes T-7.206.829 y T-7.245.483.
- Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, INFORMAR la presente providencia a la abogada Juliana Vengoechea, representante de Open Society Justice Initiative.7
