Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-281/19 formulada por el representante legal de la sociedad Nuevo Cauca S.A.S.
Luego de analizar la argumentación del peticionario, la Corte decidió RECHAZAR la aclaración rogada, porque no encontró elementos en los que se demostrara que hay elementos de duda en la parte resolutiva del precitado fallo.
Además, porque verificó que la postura del memorialista únicamente aludió a hechos que sobrevienen a la emisión de la providencia, que no sugieren una duda sobre las medidas adoptadas por la Corporación en dicha decisión y que solo demuestran una controversia sobre su cumplimiento.
