Incidente de Desacato: El representante legal del Hospital Universitario San Ignacio requirió el inicio de incidente de desacato en relación con las órdenes 24 y 27 de la sentencia T-760/08.
La Sala concluye que, los ingredientes y procedimientos para garantizar el cumplimiento de las órdenes de carácter particular o concreto, distan profundamente de aquellos que son posibles aplicar a las órdenes de carácter general, como es el caso concreto de las impartidas en la sentencia T-760/08, toda vez que dichas órdenes están orientadas a corregir las fallas de regulación que afectan el goce efectivo del derecho a la salud y no a ocuparse de asuntos particulares, además de suponer la realización y verificación de una serie de acciones complejas en las que intervienen diversos actores.
NO SE ACCEDE a la solicitud de inicio de incidente de desacato requerido, pero se ordena poner el mismo, en conocimiento del Ministerio de Salud y de la Protección Social el

- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se ponga en conocimiento al Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social, del Incidente de desacato formulado por el Hospital Universitario San Ignacio.
- Tercero. Proceda la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion a librar la comunicacion correspondiente, acompanando copia integral de este proveido.
