Solicitud de nulidad.
Los memorialistas proponen un incidente de nulidad de la sentencia T-1028/10 basados en varias argumentaciones y la Sala no encuentra que éstas encuadren en ninguna de las causales de nulidad admitidas por la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional y considera además, que sólo se deben a que los solicitantes no comparten el sentido de la sentencia referida y por ello pretenden reabrir el debate jurídico.
Se DENIEGA por extemporánea la solicitud de nulidad presentada.
