Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia C-355/03.
Solicitan los peticionarios que la Corte haga cumplir lo ordenado en la sentencia de la referencia, en tanto consideran que las autoridades administrativas de la ciudad de Cali la incumplen, al no existir una política coherente en relación con el proceso de sustitución de los vehículos de tracción animal.
La Sala precisa que la Corporación no tiene competencia para decidir sobre las solicitudes de cumplimiento interpuestas en contra de las sentencias proferidas dentro del control abstracto de constitucionalidad.
Se RECHAZA por improcedente.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia C-355 de 2003, presentada por la Asociacion Mutual Eco Ambiental de Cali.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR, por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional al Procurador General de la Nacion y al Defensor del Pueblo copia autentica de esta providencia y de la peticion formulada por la Asociacion Mutual Eco Ambiental de Cali, para que adopten las medidas que les corresponda en el presente asunto, en el ambito de las respectivas funciones.
- TERCERO. INFORMAR a los solicitantes esta decision, por intermedio de la Secretaria General de esta corporacion.
