- PRIMERO. ORDENAR que por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, se REMITA al Juzgado Cincuenta y Uno Civil Municipal de Bogota, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por los ciudadanos Andres Felipe Munoz Franco, Carolina Upegui Quevedo, Nicolas Antonio Zamudio Avila, Antonio Ruales Ceron, Julian Arboleda Zuleta, Yeny Carolina Arango Moreno, Carlos Esteban Perez Canabal, Eudes Alfonso Diazgranados Avendano y Cristian David Diazgranado contra la Federacion Nacional de Patinaje para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del mismo.
