- PRIMERO. DESATAR el conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado
- Septimo. Penal Municipal con Funcion de Control de Garantias de Medellin y el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Antioquia, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, dentro del tramite de la accion de tutela promovida por Faber Manuel Cueto Ortega contra la Secretaria de Transito y Transporte de Medellin
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente de tutela al Juzgado
- Septimo. Penal Municipal con Funcion de Control de Garantias de Medellin para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE la decision adoptada en esta providencia al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Antioquia, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
