Por Secretaria General REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por la senora Nadia Elixed Enciso Mendez contra la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte y su Delegada en Transito y Transporte al Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda Subseccion "D", para que este asuma en forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional y, en consecuencia, adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial sin mas dilaciones.
