Luego de analizar la petición la Corte decidió RECHAZARLA por improcedente.
Lo anterior, en consideración a que no encontró elementos nuevos respecto a los que ya se conocieron y fueron resueltos en el Auto 450/19, además de que el incidente fue abierto, tramitado y resuelto por el juez competente, esto es, el juez de tutela de primera instancia.

- Segundo. ADVERTIR al peticionario que contra esta decisión no procede ningún recurso judicial.
