Impugnacion contra el auto de sala plena que nego la nulidad de la sentencia t-410/07.
Es de recalcar que contra las decisiones de la sala plena de esta corte, para el caso el auto que resuelve una nulidad formulada en contra de una sentencia proferida por la sala tercera de revision, no procede recurso alguno, en aplicación de lo previsto en los articulos 31 del decreto 2591 de 1991 y 49 del decreto 2067 de 1991.

- Primero. Rechazar por improcedentes i) la impugnación interpuesta por el señor Humberto Gámez Soto a nombre propio y como representante legal de la Corporación Social Humanitas Colombia Solidaria, contra el auto que negó la nulidad de la Sentencia T-410 de 2007 y ii) la petición encaminada a que se le expida al actor texto, con firmas originales de la misma providencia, una vez corregida y subsanada.
- Segundo. Disponer que por Secretaría General se expida copia autentica del Auto 179 de 2007 y, de esta providencia, si el actor así lo solicita.
- Tercero. Recordar que contra la presente decisión no procede recurso alguno.
- Notifíquese, comuníquese, publíquese a continuación de la Sentencia T-410 y del Auto A-179 de 2007 y cúmplase.
