Recurso de Súplica contra el auto del 30 de agosto de 2011 proferido por la Magistrado María Victoria Calle, mediante el cual rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por considerar que no se corrigieron las deficiencias señaladas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Corte confirma el auto suplicado, en tanto no justifica la dificultad del actor para perfilar un cargo de inconstitucionalidad.
