Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RE-310, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto 662 del 14 de mayo de 2020, por el cual se crea el Fondo Solidario para la Educación y se adoptan medidas para mitigar la deserción en el sector educativo provocada por el Coronavirus COVID-19, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica.

Se dispone que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637 del 6 de mayo de 2020 y decrete la reanudación del presente proceso.

  1. PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los terminos en el expediente RE-310, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto 662 del 14 de mayo de 2020, "Por el cual se crea el Fondo Solidario para la Educacion y se adoptan medidas para mitigar la desercion en el sector educativo provocada por el Coronavirus COVID-19, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Economica, Social y Ecologica".
  2. SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspension se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637 del 6 de mayo de 2020 y decrete la reanudacion del proceso RE-310.
  3. TERCERO. La Secretaria General de la Corte realizara las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
