Se ordenó al Tribunal Administrativo del Tolima que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento de la tutela de la referencia, toda vez que esta Corte consideró que la norma aplicable es el inciso 4º del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000, según el cual, “Cuando la acción de tutela se promueva contra más de una autoridad y éstas sean de diferente nivel, el reparto se hará al juez de mayor jerarquía, de conformidad con las reglas establecidas en el presente numeral”.
