Impedimento formulado por la Procuradora General de la Nación.
La jefe del Ministerio Público consideró estar incursa en la causal de impedimento prevista en el artículo 25 del Decreto 2067 de 1991, consistente en haber intervenido en la expedición de la norma.
Ello, porque en su otrora condición de Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho suscribió en representación del Estado colombiano el Tratado objeto de revisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que la manifestación de la Procuradora se enmarca en las causales reconocidas en el Decreto 2067 de 1991 y, con base en ello, ACEPTÓ el impedimento y dispuso correr traslado al Viceprocurador General de la Nación, por el término restante al otorgado inicialmente, para que rinda el concepto correspondiente.

- SEGUNDO. Por medio de la Secretaría General, CORRER TRASLADO al Viceprocurador General de la Nación, por el término restante al otorgado inicialmente a la Procuradora General de la Nación, para que rinda el concepto correspondiente.
