Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por la ciudadana Gisela Quimbaya Reyes contra la Presidencia de la Republica, Ministerio de la Proteccion Social (FONVIVIENDA), Ministerio de Educacion, Gobernacion del Tolima, Alcaldia Municipal de Ibague, Secretaria de Salud Departamental y Municipal, Accion Social, Sena, Bancoldex e Incoder al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Neiva, Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del asunto.
