Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el ISS seccional Bucaramanga, a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Segundo Penal Municipal de Barrancabermeja, toda vez que le dio aplicación al Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 2000, norma que resultó inconstitucional.
En consecuencia, se remite el expediente al citado Juzgado para que realice el trámite debido.
