La accionante sustentó la petición en la inconformidad con la manera en que la Sala Octava de Revisión valoró el material probatorio allegado dentro de la acción de tutela que dio lugar a la providencia de la referencia.
Tras verificar que la recurrente incumplió con los requisitos formales que han sido desarrollados por la jurisprudencia y centró su argumentación en el descontento con la decisión proferida, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió DENEGAR la nulidad invocada.
