Con el presente auto la Sala Plena decide suspender los términos en el expediente de la referencia, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto 658 del 13 de mayo de 2020, por el cual se disponen medidas para garantizar la operación de los medios abiertos radiodifundidos y la televisión comunitaria en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica en todo el territorio nacional.

Dispone que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corporación decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637 del 6 de mayo de 2020 y decrete la reanudación de este proceso.

  1. PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RE-307, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto 658 del 13 de mayo de 2020 "por el cual se disponen medidas para garantizar la operación de los medios abiertos radiodifundidos y la televisión comunitaria en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica en todo el territorio nacional."
  2. SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637 del 6 de mayo de 2020 y decrete la reanudación del proceso RE-307.
  3. TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
