Se ordenó remitir el expediente a la Sala Cuarta Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial, toda vez que en acatamiento al fallo proferido el 18 de julio de 2002 por la Sección Primera del Consejo de Estado, encuentra la Corte que el trámite de la tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia corresponde a la citada Sala, de acuerdo con lo preceptuado en el numeral 2° del Art. 1° del Decreto 1382 de 2000, las acciones de tutela que se promueva contra un funcionario o corporación judicial, le será repartida al respectivo superior funcional del accionado.
