Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto que dispuso rechazar la demanda de la referencia, por no tener la Corte la competencia para decidir sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 2863 de 2007.
Al corroborar que el recurso de súplica es improcedente ante la manifiesta incompetencia de la Corporación para conocer de demandas contra una norma contenida en un decreto reglamentario, la Sala Plena decide CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
