- Primero. Aceptar el impedimento manifestado por el doctor Carlos Arturo Gomez Pavajeau como Procurador General de la Nacion (E), para actuar como tal en el proceso D-6018 en el cual el ciudadano Pedro Vicente Velasquez Rincon, solicita a la Corte declarar la inexequibilidad del articulo 318 de la Ley 906 de 2004, "Por la cual se expide el Codigo de Procedimiento Penal".
- Segundo. En consecuencia, enviese el expediente a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion para que, el senor Procurador General manifieste lo que considere pertinente.
