Conflicto de competencia presentado entre el Juzgado Décimo Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Bogotá, Sección Segunda, y el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Puerto Carreño (Vichada).
La controversia entre los precitados despachos tuvo su origen en las diferentes interpretaciones del factor territorial.
Ambos juzgados presentaron una serie de argumentos relacionados con el lugar donde se presentó y tuvo sus orígenes la vulneración de derechos alegada por la parte demandante.
Se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente a la autoridad que eligió el actor para resolver, a prevención, su solicitud de amparo, es decir, al Juzgado 10º Administrativo Oral de Bogotá D.C., Sección Segunda, a quien se le indica que, de manera inmediata debe tramitarlo y adoptar la decisión de fondo a la que haya lugar.

- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-4515 al Juzgado 10º Administrativo Oral de Bogotá D.C., Sección Segunda, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a la parte accionante, Juzgado 10º Administrativo Oral de Bogotá D.C., Sección Segunda, y al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Puerto Carreño.
