El peticionario adujo que el accionado no ha cumplido con la orden dada en la precitada providencia y que la situación que motivó la solicitud de amparo seguía vigente.

Luego de revisar los argumentos del actor encontró la Corte que es la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena, en su calidad de juez de primera instancia en el proceso, quien tiene competencia para resolver el incidente formulado.
