Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto que resolvió rechazar la demanda de la referencia, porque los reproches formulados por el accionante no plantearon un verdadero debate de tipo constitucional, sino que resultaron ser, más bien, una crítica frente a la existencia de una norma que limita el porcentaje de los pagos en efectivo que puede ser reconocido como costo, deducción, pasivo o impuesto descontable para efectos tributarios, específicamente para el caso del sector agrícola.
