La precitada petición la formuló el Defensor del Pueblo a través de una serie de preguntas.
Observó la Sala Plena de la Corporación que los interrogantes formulados se dirigen a obtener un pronunciamiento sobre hipótesis que no derivan directamente de la disposición demandada y que lo que se pretende realmente no es que el fallo sea aclarado, sino que la Corte resuelva diversos interrogantes en relación con los efectos de la sentencia frente al concurso de méritos que actualmente adelanta la Defensoría del Pueblo.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZA por improcedente la aclaración deprecada
