Se ordenó remitir el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial, toda vez que en acatamiento al fallo proferido el 18 de julio de 2002 por la Sección Primera del Consejo de Estado, encuentra la Corte que el trámite de la tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia le corresponde al citado Tribunal de acuerdo con lo preceptuado en el Art. 1° numeral 1° del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
